Mr. Umesh Prasad Patnaik is a Chartered Accountant by profession having more than 20 years of experience in the field of Direct and Indirect Tax - India and APAC, Internal Audit, Accounts & Treasury management in diversified industries like Cement, Pharmaceutical, Consultancy, Textiles, EPC, of which 8 years in big four (E&Y) tax practice encompassing India and other APAC jurisdiction. Taxation being his core areas of expertise, Mr. Patnaik has specialization in handling litigation involving high pitch demands, tax planning, and corporate restructurings.

Mr. Gopal Perumal is Non-Executive Director of our company. He holds Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Diploma in Industry Pollution & Control from Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu and has over 30 years of experience in the arena of Management and Administration. He is appointed as Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from June 23, 2023.

Mr. N. Venkat Raju is Managing Director of the Company. He holds degree in M.Sc Chemistry from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. He is also a Certified Energy Manager from Bureau of Energy Efficiency Ministry of Power, Govt. of India. Further, he is working as Joint President-Works Unit Head in the Company. He is having an overall experience of 37 years out of which 35 years pertains to Cement Industry. He is associated with the Company for last 12 years. He is appointed as Managing Director with effect from 24th January, 2020.

Mr. Palani Ramkumar is Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of the Company. He holds B.E from C.I.T.Coimbatore and Post-Graduate in Management from I.I.T. Kanpur. He has vast experience in the field of supply chain with proven expertise in commodity procurement and logistics. He has handled supply chain oriented assignments in major Cement Organisations in the past. He is appointed as Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. August 11, 2023.

Dr.(Mrs.)S.B.Nirmalatha is a Non-Executive Director of our Company. She holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Madras. She was awarded the Research fellow scholarship by the University Grants Commission, New Delhi and completed her Doctorate program, PHD in the field of Intellectual property Rights in the University of Madras. Her expertise lies in the field of Intellectual Property and Corporate matters including Trademarks, Copyright. She was appointed as a Non- Executive Director of the company with effect from 10th February 2015.

Mrs. V. Valliammai Profile is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with an experience of over 15 Years. Her core areas of expertise include debt financing and project management. She is currently serving as the Chief Financial Official at Chettinad Super Speciallty Hospital.
