APCL declares dividends for the F.Y 2007-2008 We wish to inform you that the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 24.9.2008, the members have declared dividend at the rate of Rs.1.50/- per equity share on face value of Rs.10/- per share on the equity share capital of the company for the year ended on 31st March, 2008 as recommended by the Board of Directors.
